Ulyssis and Kira

Yes, that IS Ulyssis. Before he changed into the horrid creature he is nowadays, he was a real human being, handsome and troubled with a full head of hair. He originally had shorter hair in the olden days of my work, but considering that he lost it in his transformation, I decided it would be more of a loss for him if it had been longer. And isn't Kira lovely? I adore her so much, and her tummy is just to die for. I don't know how I began with a character that looked sort of like me in vampire form, and ended up with someone so gorgeous! ^_^ I should stop getting so attached to dead characters - she and Heizenthly are two of my very beloved Grenamoyans.

Her spiderweb-print outfit is also based on clothing that I would love. I did a lot of work on cobwebs for my Art A-Level, so it's rather nostalgic.

They were in love, so very long ago. Kira followed the work of Pain, while her father, Terak, chose to follow Scaless instead. Their argument was never resolved, even after Kira was killed in mysterious circumstances. Terak believes that Ulyssis murdered her - but Ulyssis' memories of his own past fade more and more each day. Whatever became of their tragic love?

I love this. I drew it ages ago, and finally weighted and coloured it. Scaless bless them...
